HELP: Problems creating demo database --- sqlhosts error

I'm trying to install and demo the INFORMIX-OnLine Dynamic Server version 7.1. I followed the instructions in the installation guides and thought I had installed I-SQL V6.02, I-ESQL V7.11 and the OnLine Server V7.10 correctly. As suggested in the adminstartion guide, I next attempted to create the "store7" demonstartion data base..... without success. The following lists the output I received when executing the dbaccessdemo7 script.
