Running Application written in NewEra 3.12

Hi I've an aplication written in NewEra 3.12 which consists for 1 exe and about 60 dlls. When I execute the exe file, it takes a very long time for the first window to be displayed. Can someone advice how can I speed up the displaying of the first window? Thank you Guan Kiat
