Has anybody used DR_TRACE? (was tbinit in debug mode?)

Hi
I'm trying to use this feature (DR_TRACE=1) but can't receive anything.
Is there anybody used DR_TRACE or, maybe, DR_TEST1 and how?
Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated!
