Installing Win-64 with IDS 11.7

Has anyone had any problems installing IDS 11.7 on Windows 2008 SP2? I get
to the screen that says:
Please wait, IBM Informix Software Bundle is being configured for your
system. This may take a moment........
Has anyone run across this before, and do you have a solution?

Subject: ontape restore failed [23036]
Hi:
I'm try to move a instance from one server to another, using a LTO3 tape. I
have 3 tapes with 500GB of data each (total 1.5 TB).
My instance source is IDS 10.00FC11 on AIX. My target instance is IDS
10.00FC10 with the same kind of AIX server (platform, SO).
When I start the 'ontape -r', I recived this message:
Please mount tape 1 on /dev/rmt2 and press Return to continue ...
Archive Tape Information
Tape type: Archive Backup Tape
Online version: IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 10.00.FC11
Archive date: Fri Nov 19 18:04:02 2010
User id: informix
Terminal id: /dev/pts/10
Archive level: 0
Tape device: /dev/rmt0
Tape blocksize (in k): 1024
Tape size (in k): 419430400
Tape number in series: 1
Backup data version is not compatible with Online version:
IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 10.00.FC10
But the ontape start the restore (show chunks, Continue restore (y),..).
20 minutes later, I revived this error messagge:
15:45:48 ipcshm buf_wait semop errno=36
Physical restore failed - The archive backup is corrupted.
Program over.
15:48:00 ipcshm alert_server semop failed errno=22
I try to create a instance with the same size and configuration and all is
ok,
but the restore don't work. Any idea?. thanks

Only done it once so far - with no issues. I will be doing it again (and again
and again) over the next several months. Keep me informed as to your progress,
if I run into something I'll pass it on.
I trust you are installing 11.70FC1 on 2008 R2?
Regards
j.

Was running over my notes today on this. I noted at the time that the install
ran in background which I had not expected. I thought it had failed and
started it manually to see what had gone wrong, only to have it tell me that
another copy of setup was running. That setup ran through to completion, but
under the radar. Could you be seeing this?

I don't think that is the issue, unless it takes several hours to install in
the background. I have installed other systems before, and they usually finish
in less than 1/2 hour.
