Re: NewEra and Win 95

We've tried a few experimental runs of NewEra 2.0 under Win95 with poor results. To sum it up in one statement, very unstable! Crashes are frequent (more so than usual under Win 3.1). We suspect the network connectivity software is not compatible with Win95...at best. Attempts to install NewEra 2.0 on a machine already running Win95 have failed, while installing Win95 on a Win 3.1/NewEra 2.0 machine was successfull. NewEra 3.0 Beta could be out as soon as Aug. 96, but probably won't be available until later in the year. I wouldn't consider NewEra 2.0/Win95 as a viable option. john d.
