Restoring individual databases

I recall seeing something about a utility to extract a database or table from an ontape archive. Can someone please point me in the direction to look? What I'm really looking for is an Informix archiving utility that will allow a DBA to restore a single database rather than the entire dbspace. Ontape can't do it. Onbar can't do it. I wish they did. Anyone know if Informix plans to add this functionality in the near future? Don.
