It sounds like the transaction was still in the current log so Yes should
have been the correct answer. However, the level 0 was performed while in
log 1, so the restore will ask you to start logical recovery with log 1.
If you filled log 1 and rolled to log 2, then said Yes to the "backup
current log" message, you would overwrite the file (since it went to a
cooked file and not to tape).
Putting the pieces together, answer Yes if the transaction was contained in
log 1 and log 1 is still the current log. Answer No if it was in log 1 and
log 2 is current and you are using cooked files for the log.
