Hello Everyone,
In a stored procedure can we pass command line arguments thru the
system command of SPL.
Example :
Create procedure xyz(str char(100))
system "test.4ge str ";
enc procedure

You certainly can !
Simply follow the following syntax :-
create procedure pr_del_mford(orderno char(10))define syscall char(100);
-- set debug file to '/tmp/pr_del_mford';
-- trace on;
define currdb char(4);
select sysmaster:pr_curr_db()
into currdb
from systables where tabid = 1;
let syscall = "uudelmford " ||orderno|| " " ||USER|| " " ||currdb|| "
&";
system syscall;
end procedure
