Informix pricing

I see that Informix pricing has just increased for the 4th time in 18 months. Looking at a flagship product, a new licence for Ultimate Edition, the cost for a single "PVU" ... was £275 on 31/12/13 became £288 on 1/1/14 went up to £310 on 26/3/13 went up again to £325 on 1/1/14 rose yet again to £338 on 1/7/14 That's a 22.9% rise in 18 months. Is this something the IIUG discusses with IBM?
