error 25573,27001

Informix On line V 7.20 RM 600 SNI One of our customer had a problem . Their hub had failed and when they recovered it, they didn't kill hunged connections. In several minutes they doubled the number of connections . They got error 25573 and 27001 We have made the same tests and got the same error when trying to make 96-th connect to on line ( i found it via onstat -u (first column ) ) Every other attempt ( 96-th - connection to service was established - ( i found it via netstat -a )) to connect via TCP VP to informix failed and stayed hunged.
