IBM suggested I upgrade my 9.4UC7 to UC8 for an assertion error issue. My development server was running 9.4UC5 so I decided to try the UC8 there first. After installing UC8 I also reinstalled the CSDK. I cannot get past this message file not being found error. Now here is the kicker, I can install UC7 over the UC5 and it works fine. It is just the UC8 version that complains. My server is running Solaris 9 (Sparc). If it's earlier than the engine, you'll have to reinstall the IDS 9.40UC8 again on top of the CSDK. I took down the engine. I moved informix to informix.bak Made a new informix directory with correct perms Installed 4GL 7.32UC3 RDS stuff Installed IDS 9.4UC8 Same error.

This may be a known bug in this version.
