corrupt dbspace

I am running Informix ODS 7.22 on AIX V 4.1. I accidentally removed a file from AIX that Informix ODS had listed as a chunk in a dbspace (that I was about to remove anyway). I don't back the system up since it is our test system. All I want to do is remove the dbspace and all of the chunks in it. Informix complains that it can't remove the dbspace because not all of the chunks are empty and I can't restore or 'trick' the server into thinking that the chunk is still there. How do I force a removal of the DBspace or chunk that is in 'down' state. I do not have mirroring on, either. Thank you, Kyle Campbell kyle@alh.com
