Did you get IUS only, or did you buy the ESQL/C or ClientSDK product? I think 9.11 pre-dates ClientSDK. Although you get the runtime ESQL/C libraries with IUS and/or I-Connect, I don't think you would get the ESQL/C compiler unless you bought that too. Again, things have changed since that release -- I think you should be looking at 9.14 or 9.15 (and ClientSDk 2.01 or 2.02). IIRC, 9.12 was the first GA (generally available) release of IUS.
