388 no resource permission

Hi I have granted a user a DBA Resource but still cannot create objects and getting error 388(no resource permission). it is IDS 11.50 FC4WE running on HP-UX environment. Please help Thanks Kenneth

Your user should be able to create tables now. Open a case with IBM Support. Art Art S.
