Those features are all available in any plausible version of the I4GL software, unless you're using I4GL 4.20 on Windows (bletch!). And most of them will probably be available even there -- I just don't know for sure that they are. You should not be using 4.00 I4GL with 5.0x engines -- you should be using 4.1x.
