This was dropped a couple of years ago. No reason was ever given as I
recall. IBM tech support staff still have access to the facility. I don't
believe that any customers do, even "regency" ones. Nor do some categories
of user (IBM Business Partner, Informix Certified Professional) who
previouly had access.
Possibly the facility has been withdrawn to improve the attractiveness of
maintenance renewals, or because of some "legal reasons", or perhaps because
of paranoia over allowing anything negative, such as bugs, even to be hinted
at. Just speculation though, I have no special insight.
