This happened because at some point you had over 150 temp tables
existing at the same time. The tblspace tblspace records a tables
location on disk and its tblspace tblspace page corresponds to the
partnum value from systables or sysfragments. Even temp tables have
tblspace tblspace entries. The only fix, assuming that you no longer
will need 150+ concurrent temp tables of course, is to drop the temp
dbspace and readd it. Just ignore the dire warnings about not reusing
a chunk from a dbspace that has been dropped. This is a warning only
and refers to the fact that until the next L0 backup any restore is just
going to remove the reused chunk from where you've added it and restore
it to where it came from, and it will not be available to restore L1,
L2 and logical log backups taken after the chunk is dropped and readded.
But since you will be putting it back in the same dbspace again anyway
even this is not big deal.
