Taking on board what Kevyn has already said, it looks like there was some
sort of data load happening during the long checkpoints. I also noticed that
your logs aren't being archived. Whats the story ??
What are your current settings for LRU_MAX/MIN_DIRTY & CHKPTINTVL and how
big is the physical log ?? ( this is usually the reason on data loads as the
physical log will get rather full )

I'm dumb. CHKPTINTVL is obviously set to 300. I'll bet $2.73 that
MIN=50, MAX=60, PHYSDBS=rootdbs and PHYSFILE=1000. ;-{>
