Was that a negative (-141) or positive (141) error code? All IDS codes are
negative, so if you got positive 141 it was NOT the TBLSPACES overflow error
but an OS level errno of 141 which is up in the range of system dependent
codes so you'll have to look that up yourself - especially since you didn't
give us any platform information.
