Problem with keys after upgrading from HPUX 10.01 to 10.20

I encounter the following problem after I have upgraded one of my HP-UX server from 10.01 to 10.20 :- After I have used any of the unix command such as "ls', ' vi', some keystrokes will not function as they are supposed to be when I run the informix utilities, such as dbaccess or onmonitor. E.g. arrow keys could not perform the scroll up, down, left, right function, but instead trigger some other menu option. Everything was previously working with the 10.01. I am using the Informix TERMCAP file, i.e. TERMCAP=/INFORMIX/etc/termcap INFORMIXTERM=termcapThe termcap file is kept the same for both 10.01 and 10.20. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
