I believe this specific onbar problem was resolved as follows
(make backup copies of the DLLs in $INFORMIXDIR\\bin to be safe):
To fix it, copy the following files from ISM\\1.0 to $INFORMIXDIR\\bin:
libnsr.dll
librap.dll
librpc.dll
liblocal.dll

PS. I am using ontape instead of IECC/BAR Wizard since I cannot get it
to work as I would expect.
