Why the JDBC driver can't be loaded ?

I installed informix JDBC 1.22 on my computer (Windows NT4.0 Environment). And the setting of CLASSPATH is also right. But when I load the JDBC driver using java in Symantec Visual Cafe, there is an exception. What may be the problem? Thanks in advance !
