Proper Name Converter

Does anybody have any Informix 4GL code that they have written (and willing to share) that will convert a file that contains all uppercase characters to mixed case. The function needs to intelligently handle the proper conversion of proper names --- expecially first and last names, and street addresses. Example: MCMILLON ----> McMillon MACMILLON ---> MacMillon We can write the code in house, but I was hoping not to have to re-invent the wheel if I didn't have to.
