Basically, there aren't many issues with Informix-OnLine. If you're using a DBCENTURY-aware version of OnLine, then your code will work more or less as you'd expect, even if you only use 2 digits to represent years. It will behave differently from what you might expect if you don't have DBCENTURY set in your own environment but DBCENTURY was set to a non-default value when the OnLine server was started.
