I want to create a raw device on Sun Solaris 2.6 with 2 x 9.1 gb hdd for IFX 7.13 UC1 version. Can somebody guide me about Unix command to create a Character special file for this. I don't know much about this, so appreciate any help you offer. TIA Mukund
