How to find which sessions are referencing a synonym

How to find which sessions are referencing a synonym Is it possible to know which sessions are "using" a synonym ? I use the 7.31 version The documentation indicates that "onstat -g opn" displays a list of the partitions (tables/indexes), (but no synonyms) May be another command ? Thanks in advance
