I have had problems getting IECC to "see" hosts on other segments (maybe it does a broadcast and the router prevents that broadcast packets from crossing the router?). A workaround is to set the following environment variables: OSAGENT_PORT=14016 OSAGENT_ADDR=192.0.0.2 obviously replacing the number with your port number and IP address. ;-) HTH.
