This is not a reliable way of doing this, as if a newly-allocated extent is adjacent to an existing extent for a table, the new space is simply added to the existing one, making a single larger extent rather than two smaller ones. So, if you try dividing fextsize and nextsize into the number of pages, you make or may not get the correct result for number of extents.
