NewEra and Crystal Reports

A couple months back I posted a question asking for a report formatter to use with NewEra. The hands down favorite was Crystal Reports, so we purchased 5.0 Professional. Crystal appears to be very capable of querying the dB and producing nice reports but I haven't found a way to have NewEra simply pass a RECORD and have it print out through Crystal. I currently use the standard NE report generation syntax; START REPORT rpt TO PRINTER OUTPUT TO REPORT rpt (calc_data.*) I'd like to bypass this step, sending the record in a similar fashion to a Crystal object that I've pre-designed for this particular report data. Am I asking too much or is Crystal capable of doing this? If Crystal can't do it, is there anything that can? Any help is greatly appreciated. M.
