But since Bryan commented on Alan's use of a quote from Rush Limbaugh in Alan's .sig block, I feel I have to say the following: I don't read Limbaugh's books, I don't watch/listen to his programs. From what I had read about him, I had always suspected that Limbaugh was a jerk; but now I have proof! First: 1994 is NOT a leap year! There is no February 29th this year. Second: My inexpensive Casio digital watch knows about leap years. I haven't checked the limits of its knowledge, but it has been right for the past eight years or so, with the two included leap years. Right wing idiots like Rush Limbaugh can't even get simple facts about leap year right, and he obviously doesn't care enough about the truth to check on digital watches before spreading lies about them. (I've noticed this tendency to lie in some other right-wingers, Oliver North comes to mind, but I don't want to over-generalize.) Anyhow, why should we think that such people know ANYTHING at all, or would tell the truth if they could even recognize it, about slightly more complex issues like the moral direction our country is taking?
