Informix Dynamic 4gl 3.00 to 7.32 upgarde

Hi all, Just wanted to know if there are any issues upgrading Informix Dynamic 4GL 3.00 to 7.32. Recompiling the code is enough after the upgrade, or any code changes are required as well?
