Yes, you're correct. Indexes are different, so it won't work.
One possible solution would be to use ER between the 64 bit and the 32
bit systems. IDS 9.40 allows both HDR and ER at the same time.

If you have memory on the machines that you cannot allocate with 32 bit
systems, then you can get better performance with 64 bit version,
because you can setup much larger buffers.

We don't have a problem with not being able to allocate sufficient BUFFERS. Does this mean that for us there are no benefits? Ben.
