Help on Update query
Hi ,
I have the below select query which will pick up the max effseq record for
each effective date.
select effdt,max(effseq) from ps_p1_abs_accrual
where emplid='110999'
group by effdt
------------------------------------------------------------------------
EFFDT EFFSEQ
---------- ------
2004-01-01 21
2004-04-01 0
2 record(s) selected.
Now I need to do an update to the same set of records.
Can someone tell me the update query that I should use.
