C-ISAM to Online data transfer

How can I transfer Informix C-ISAM data into an Informix OnLine database in real-time? What I want to do is execute a program that will upon completion, store its data in a C-ISAM file and also take information from that C-ISAM file and update an Informix OnLine database.
