ER RQM error in IDS11.50 FC8

Madison or all ER experts, We have three sites by ER replicated with UpdateAnyWhere. This is a brand new installation and ready to be operational soon. We are doing some testing and saw the following types of RQM error in online log( see below logs) frequently when you run cdr stop/start, cdr delete server...., It seems ER working fine, but the error is annoying or..... Any action need take?
