is_buff_log,

WHERE name = THE_NAME_OF_THE_DATABASE;
is_unbuff_log = 1 ==> unbuffered logging
is_buff_log = 1 ==> buffered logging
is_ansi = 1 ==> ANSI database
is_nls = 1 ==> NLS database
