Can you give us the contents of files: /etc/hosts /etc/hosts.equiv /etc/resolv.conf /etc/conf/cf.d/stune $ONCONFIG $SQLHOSTS Also, which exactly versions and patches of SCO OpenServer and IDS do you use? For example, you could use SCO OpenServer 5.0.6 + some patches (I cannot remember exactly examples) and IDS 7.31.UD4. SCO may be good platform for entry-level dedicated Informix servers.
