Standard KPI's / report to management

Howdy folks, We have an Informix database, and we have been requested to setup some standard KPI's that the DBA would report on every month to management. A couple of obvious ones is data growth rates and uptime. Could folks please advise what other items they report about to their management ?? How can management tell if the DBA is doing their job based on these items, apart from the database is always up and running.... ? TIA Regards Suze.
