First we couldn't get anyone to return our phone calls and then when they finally did they told us that they would ship the product right out. Three weeks later, when the product had not arrived we called them back to see what the hold up was, they then told us that they never shipped it due to an incompatability issue. Of course they never bothered to call and tell us this. Finally after another 2 weeks of going back and forth with them, our problem was resolved and our product was shipped. My secret to getting them to resolve the issue? I called them almost every hour on the hour and left voice mail. I figured they would eventually get tired of hearing my voice. I would not deal with them at all if we didn't already have so much money tied up in product and development. ...so you're not alone.
