Informix "SUPER USER"

I need a user who as permission to create special tables "Power Builder Catalog Tables" in a Informix-SE database (on UNIX). I'm connecting with Informix-CLI and the connection is made but the tables are not created. I've tried the user that created the database and I tried the "Informix" user but none of them worked. They both have dba permission. Is there any "SUPER-USER" to this database engine like the "sa" user in SQL Server ???? Thank's in advance... J Carlos
