Remember he is talking about } 3 yrs of professional experience. Which is to me, a junior programmer. Actually, having just come back from a trip to CO and having seen the cost of living there, I can say that that's too low for CO, too. It's also too low for Utah. People are paying that much for a an experienced programmer who's just starting out as a DBA.
