Please, run this statement first on Primary.
Then, it will work on Secondary.
This might sound crazy.. Per my request, this 'feature' description
was added to 'release notes'.
The problem is that for each new type (even created 'on the fly'),
like this MULTISET, Informix need to make an insert into
several system tables (like SYSXTDTYPES, etc). This insert is
impossible on Secondary. When you run the statement on Primary,
it creates a new type description in SYSTABLES, and propagates
this description to Secondary. Then. it works on Secondary.
