Online 7.20.UC1 on Unixware 2.1

Hi everyone. I need some help. I am trying to get Online running on Unixware 2.1. It seems to be an Unixware problem. When I try to initialize Online (ala oninit -i), I get an error saying that Online could not get a memorysegments. The setting in the kernel is as per the release notes of Online 7.20.UC1.
