this does not look so good. :-(
If you have an even older level-0 archive tape (from before 31.12.2006),
and the logical log file backup tapes up to 31.12.2006.
then you can restore that older level-0 archive and restore (and replay)
the logical up to and including that separate log backup tape that you
have written on 31.12.2006.
But if the oldest level-0 archive tape that you have is the one from
01.01.2007, then it is not possible to go back to 31.12.2006.
Also, if you find an older level-0 archive tape, but some of the
log backups between that archive time and the 31.12.2006 are
missing, then restore will stop at the time of the last log tape in
the sequence. That means you will not reach 31.12.2006, but be
stuck some time before that.
