If the indexes are attached you can only know the total space used by
all attached indexes on the table, for detached indexes you can
determine the size of each. Oncheck -pT should tell you what you need
to know or you can get the same data from my printfreeB.ec program
without running oncheck. PrintfreeB.ec is part of my submission to the
IIUG Software Repository named utils2_ak.
