I can't even get straight answers from them under my "support contract", much less maintenance releases for the bugs I've reported over the past 2 years. And they routinely seem to lose or close out (with no resolution documented in their files) the bug reports when I try to follow-up several months later. When I complained, I was told that I really should pay more so that I can use their BBS to follow-up on my bug reports. Right! I wish you the best of luck in doing battle with these bozos. You really ought to keep in touch with this lost account and see how p*ssed off they are in 6 months to a year from now after having to experience first- hand the wonderful support they get from Informix. -- Kevin Whitaker | The more I know, whitaker@lonestar.utsa.edu | the less I understand.
