Maintenance Information Label & Toll Free #

I've just received my basic maintenance package from Informix. In the welcoming letter it says that on my "Maintenance Information Label" I will find a toll free number for technical support. Yes, there is a phone number there, but it is NOT toll free. What is the toll free number (from Canada) for Informix technical support? Thanks. --- Rajendra Singh, B. Sc.
