Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
RAID striping (with and without parity) creates large logical volumes
which can be partitioned into multiple units. RAID disks can get
fragmented like other disks. How it impacts your application depends
alot on read/write ratios, random vs. sequential nature, etc. --
so go ahead and ask your RAID vendor to analyze your particular
computing environment for the most realistic prediction.
