Houston Oracle opportunity: build & own software application

We are looking for some outstanding Oracle experts to work on a short contract to build a software product that should have alot of market appeal and strong support from key players in the petroleum market. In addition to the contract, there would be royalities for the sales of the product that would be shared with the product developers in addition to times/materials contract. To win this opportunity, we need to find a few Oracle developpers with outstanding Oracle work record, including length of experience, nature of work, and company and job title. We are hoping to be able to make arrangements that would allow permenant employed persons would be able to continue with their regular work while doing this project on the side. We need to find high profile types to secure this contract. We may able to contract out parts of the detail implementation to other contractors. The product would be an Oracle based solution to datawarehouse seismic data sets. Further details are available. However, cannot disclose the customer without non-disclosure, or your company could get this. We are working with a start-up of ex-Cray employees involved in pre-sales, post-sales support and marketing in the petroleum industry. On the sales marketing side, we have a well-established network with all the major players in the seismic market.
