First off try running bcheck on the C-ISAM tables and see if that sorts out the problem. The C-ISAM files aren't from a Tetra application are they? (T2000, Chameleon, etc) If they are try running c_cp on the file to create a new copy and then try reading that (if these are Tetra files and you don't know how to do this then mail me). It is possible (I guess it may be that the Tetra utils may work on these files even if they weren't generated by Tetra.
